About This Manual
This manual explains how to use Flupy once your household has already signed up. It does not cover the technical side of running the service itself — that is Flupy's job, not yours. If you can already open Flupy in a web browser and see a sign-in page, you are ready to use this manual.
The goal of this manual is to get your household from “we've signed up” to “we use this every day” — covering the handful of things every household sets up once, and the everyday tasks you and your family will come back to again and again.
Who This Manual Is For
This manual is written for anyone in the household, with no technical background assumed. Whether you are the person who set Flupy up (the Account Holder) or a family member just getting started, this manual explains things in plain language and spells out any Flupy-specific term the first time it appears.
How This Manual Is Organized
Chapters 2 and 3 cover the things you generally only do once: signing up, logging in, and setting up your household's basic information, members, and preferences. Chapter 4 onward covers Flupy's day-to-day modules, grouped into the same five categories you'll see in Flupy itself — Everyday Life, Memories, Money & Records, Home & Away, and Staying Connected — so the manual mirrors exactly what you see on screen. The final chapters cover billing, keeping your data safe, and troubleshooting.
