Budget

Log an expense with an amount, category, date, and note. Set a monthly limit per category and Flupy shows how close you are to it — categories are free text with suggestions, so “Groceries” and “Food” can both exist if that's how your household thinks about it.

Subscriptions & Bills

Track recurring subscriptions and bills — amount, how often they renew, and how many days' notice you want before renewal. Anything inside its own notice window shows as due soon, both here and in your daily reminder email if you have one turned on.

Warranty & Receipts

Record a purchase, its retailer, purchase date, and warranty expiry, with the receipt itself attached as a file. An item whose warranty is expiring soon is flagged here and on the Dashboard.

Document Vault

A secure place for the household's important paperwork — passports, policies, deeds, manuals — organised by category, each file encrypted at rest. Give a document an expiry date (a passport renewal, an insurance policy) and it's flagged here as it approaches.
